Sometimes when Phantom and I do PMD roleplays, we center them around her Absol character, Chaos (Gray-Eyed Absol)'s past. Part of it mentioned there being a pre-evolution to Absol, and when that prevo mysteriously died off, the Absols became jealous of their neighbors, the Arcanines, for still having their pre-evolution (Growlithe, obviously.). They'd already envied the Arcanines for their eye color anyway, so that just made them even angrier. So then they started a war. Eventually the Arcanines won, and the Absols had to flee elsewhere. After that, a gray-eyed Absol was born. His life would be filled with complete misery wherever he went. Every few generations, this gray-eyed Absol would be born again into a different family. The current one is Chaos.

But that's beside the point. The whole thing about the Absol's prevo dying off made me want to at least design it.
Its name is Absuri, the Omen Pokemon. If it were in the game, you'd have to attach a Disaster Incense (If it existed) to an Absol and breed to get a baby. You'd probably be able to find some in the wild, though they'd be rare.
To evolve it, it must like you and level up at night.
